Metabond Old Spezial - metal surface finisher

Metabond Old Spezial is a metal surface finisher for internal combustion engine parts containing a viscosity modifier. It is also enriched with ceramic nanoparticles.

This product significantly reduces friction while increasing tightness. Especially him recommended for all types of worn combustion engines with high oil consumption. It is added to the oil prescribed by the manufacturer.

Old Spezial contains a high-viscose fabric that provides a sealing effect. This will greatly reduce oil consumption and increase compression.

Old spezial contains ceramic nanoparticles that are dispersed by the engine oil to the areas subjected to friction. These particles adhere in the surface irregularities of metal surfaces (cylinders, pistons, bearings, gears, etc.), where they form a thin layer due to pressure, which smooths these irregularities.

A thin layer of nanoparticles remains in friction-stressed areas even after the engine oil has drained, eliminating the negative effects of cold starts and significantly helps extend engine life. As well as reducing friction, it also helps to reduce leaks and thus the toxic content of exhaust gases.

Because the ceramic the particles in Old Spezial are significantly smaller than the holes in the filter structure even the finest oil cleaners cannot clog these filters.

Instructions for use

Before use, heat the container to approximately 30 °C and shake well.

Apply Old Spezial to a warm engine!

After pouring the product into the engine, run the engine for 15-20 minutes.

It is recommended to use the same amount of Old Spezial at each oil change. Use only with the oil prescribed by the car manufacturer.

For cars with an oil consumption of 0.4-0.5 l/1000 km, use half a bottle (125 ml).

For cars with an oil consumption of 0.6-1 l/1000 km, use the entire bottle (250 ml).

For trucks consuming more than 1 l of oil/1000 km, use the contents of one bottle (250 ml).

For trucks with fuel consumption greater than 2 l/1000 km, use 2 bottles (500 ml) of Old Spezial.
