Terms and conditions of the discount promotion "20% or 10% discount on purchases"

I.  Entry provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the Discount Promotion entitled: 20% or 10% Discount on Purchases set out the operating rules, conditions, as well as the scope and procedure for submitting complaints within the Discount Promotion, the rules of use and the rights of persons participating in the Discount Promotion, as well as the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter also: “Discount Promotion Terms”).
2. The organizer of the Discount Promotion 20% or 10% Discount on Purchases (hereinafter also: “Discount Promotion”) is the company Ondřej Havlas, with its registered office at Sudovo Hlavno 87, 294 76, Sudovo Hlavno, Czech Republic, Company ID: 74461826, Tax ID: CZ8507101933; e-mail address: info@uspartshop.eu contact phone number: +420 234 697 727 (payment as for a standard connection - according to the price list of the relevant operator) (hereinafter also: “USpartshop company”).
3. The discount event is organized in the Czech Republic, via the USpartshop website, accessible at the URL: uspartshop.eu (hereinafter also: the “Website”), the USpartshop mobile application. The mobile application is accessible at:

4. The discount promotion can be participated by customers who add non-discounted goods to the cart, enter the discount code EU-10 or EU-20 and meet the other Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion (hereinafter also: “Discount Promotion Participant”).
5. The discount event is announced via the company's website, online campaign and social media.

II.  Subject of the Discount Promotion and conditions for using the Discount Promotion

1. The subject of the Discount Promotion is the opportunity under which the Discount Promotion Participant can use the Discount Promotion according to the conditions set out in the Discount Promotion Terms and Conditions, including a 20% discount on non-discounted products or a 10% discount on non-discounted products per order (hereinafter also: "Subject of the Discount Promotion").
2. The discount applies to purchases made using the Website and the USpartshop mobile application.
3. The discount promotion APPLIES to both non-discounted and repriced Products (i.e. to Products whose Price has been reduced or to Products whose Price has already been covered by vouchers, promotional discounts, price reductions, rebates or other special price or product offers).
4. The discount promotion is valid from 07. 04. 2025 00:00 until the end of… (hereinafter also: “Validity period of the Discount Promotion”).
5. Participation in the Discount Campaign is voluntary and free of charge (this means that the purchase of Products under the Discount Campaign does not require the Participant of the Discount Campaign to pay any additional costs, except for the payment of the Price of the Products covered by the Discount Campaign, including shipping costs).
6. To participate in the Discount Campaign, it is necessary to:
   - conclude a Contract for the sale of Products via the Website, the USpartshop mobile application;
   - before concluding a Contract for the sale of Products, it is necessary to enter the discount code EU-10 or EU-20 in the appropriate place, indicated on the Website or in the USpartshop mobile application;The Discount Campaign CAN also be applied to already discounted Products, the price of which has been reduced by special discounts, price reductions, Discount Campaigns or special price or product offers valid on the Website and in the USpartshop mobile application, unless otherwise specified in the terms of such special discounts, price reductions, Discount Campaigns or special price or product offers. The Discount Campaign cannot be combined with other discount codes.
7. The Participant may participate in the Discount Promotion repeatedly during its entire validity period.
8. The Discount Promotion Subject awarded by the Organizer is not subject to payment in cash or exchange for any other means of payment and is not transferable.
9. When purchasing Products on the Website and in the mobile application, the Participant of the Discount Event has the right, but not the obligation, to take advantage of the Discount. This does not exclude the right of USpartshop to introduce a mechanism for automatic participation in the Discount Event for the benefit of the Participant of the Discount Event.
10. By participating in the Discount Promotion, the Participant accepts the Website Rules.

III.  Final provisions

1. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the terms used in the Discount Promotion Terms and Conditions, which are written in capital letters, have the meaning assigned to them in the Website Rules, accessible at: https://www.uspartshop.cz/en/terms-and-conditions/ (hereinafter: the “Rules”).
2. In cases not regulated in these Discount Promotion Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Rules apply.
3. USpartshop has the right to cancel the Discount Campaign at any time, without giving a reason. Information about cancellation The Discount Campaign will be announced via the Website three days before its end.
4. The administrator of the personal data of the Participants of the Discount Campaign is the company. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Personal Data Protection Policy of USpartshop, which is available at https://www.uspartshop.cz/en/gdpr-personal-processing-policy-data/ .
5. USpartshop reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Campaign in the event of a serious reason; such reasons include, for example:
6. change in legal regulations governing the principles of implementing the Discount Campaign, which affects the mutual rights and obligations of USpartshop and the Discount Campaign Participants;
7. a change in the method of implementing the Discount Campaign, which was caused by technical or technological reasons (in particular, updating the technical requirements specified in the Rules);
8. a change in the legal regulations governing the sale of Products or the provision of services electronically by USpartshop, which affects the mutual rights and obligations set out in the Sales Agreement, or a change in the interpretation of the above-mentioned legal regulations based on court rulings, decisions, recommendations or recommendations of authorities or bodies competent in the given area;
9. change in the scope or provision of services to which the provisions of the Rules apply, in the event that the Company has introduced new, changed or withdrawn existing functions or services defined in the Rules.
10. In the event of a change to the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion, USpartshop will provide a consolidated version of the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion by publishing them on the Website. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion are valid from the moment they are clearly indicated and placed on the Company's Website.
